I walk alongside women navigating healing, identity, and faith transformation after trauma. Through story, art, and sacred community, I create spaces where voices can find their way home.
Your Story Belongs Here
I'm Julie M Lane.
Since 2019, I have been navigating what it means to reclaim identity after trauma, to rediscover faith that grounds rather than silences, and to find beauty in places I once believed were permanently broken.
I share my story not as someone who has arrived, but as a fellow traveler still discovering what wholeness looks like in real time.
Along the way, I began creating spaces where others could do the same; places where stories can be spoken without pressure, witnessed without judgment, and held with care.
Here you will find reflections from my own journey, sacred music created through the harp, and invitations into community with other women who are navigating their own paths of healing and transformation.
If you have ever wondered whether your story still matters, whether faith can coexist with the complexities of trauma, or whether belonging is still possible
I hope you will join me on this journey.
Welcome
This space exists to gather fellow travelers. Through storytelling, music, and sacred community, I create environments where women navigating trauma and identity can experience connection rather than isolation.
Here are a few ways you may encounter this work.
What You’ll Find Here
The Redeemed Collective is a growing community of women who gather to share stories, witness one another's journeys, and discover connection along the path of healing.
Inside this space, conversations go deeper than social media allows. Stories unfold slowly. Belonging begins to take shape.
Sacred Community
My Healing Diary is where I share reflections from my own lived experience; the questions, discoveries, and moments of grace that continue to shape my journey.
These writings are not instructions or answers. They are simply one woman telling the truth of her story in hopes that others may find resonance within their own.
Story and Reflection
The harp has become one of the ways I hold space for reflection, prayer, and quiet restoration.
Through 7 Pedals, music becomes a companion; a place where sound creates atmosphere and beauty speaks when words cannot.
Sacred Sound
I occasionally share my testimony with communities, gatherings, and organizations where my story of navigating trauma, reclaiming faith, and discovering redemption through art may resonate.
These moments are not about offering solutions, but about bearing witness to the possibility of transformation.
Story Telling and Speaking
The Redeeming Stories Podcast is a space for honest conversations about the moments that shape our lives — the pain we have carried, the resilience we discover, and the redemption that unfolds along the way.
Each episode features guests who share their personal stories of navigating hardship, faith, identity, and transformation. These conversations are not about having all the answers, but about witnessing the courage it takes to keep becoming.

Redeeming Stories Podcast
This space was created especially for: women navigating identity after trauma, creative souls who process life through story and art, women wrestling with faith after difficult experiences, and for those longing for community that honors both brokenness and becoming
Some arrive here carrying long-held silence. Others arrive searching for language for experiences they have not yet named.
Wherever you find yourself, you are welcome to explore gently.
Who This Space is For
I am not a therapist, coach, or clinician. I am simply a woman who has walked through profound suffering and continues to discover what it means to live with faith, creativity, and truth. Redeem Thyself and 7 Pedals exists to create spaces where stories can be shared, witnessed, and honored; not to diagnose, treat, or direct anyone's personal journey.
Every person’s path toward healing and meaning is uniquely their own.

Begin Here
Trauma does not define us, but it does shape the terrain we must cross.
Over the years I have discovered that healing rarely happens in isolation. It unfolds in sacred spaces where stories are witnessed, creativity is welcomed, and faith is allowed to breathe again.
If you are navigating your own unfolding story, I am honored you have found your way here.
